Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description Recruitment Consultant – National Networks Plus (NNP) – Frenchs Forest, NSW – Full‑time, Monday to Friday. As a Recruitment Consultant you will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from identifying workforce needs to sourcing, interviewing and onboarding candidates, while collaborating with management to meet staffing requirements across aged care, community support and home care divisions. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checking and onboarding. Liaise with managers and rostering teams to understand staffing requirements and develop suitable recruitment strategies. Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with all employment and quality standards. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to meet ongoing and future workforce needs. Prepare and update recruitment reports, documentation and workforce data. Support staff retention and professional development initiatives. Contribute to marketing and employer branding efforts to attract high‑quality candidates. Qualifications and Experience Certificate IV, bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business or a related field (or equivalent relevant work experience). At least 1 year of full‑time experience in recruitment, workforce coordination or human resources. Knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices, selection methodologies and compliance requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and colleagues. High attention to detail, accuracy and time‑management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) desirable. Familiarity with the aged care or community services sector will be highly regarded. What We Offer Competitive salary of $76,515–$80,000 plus superannuation. Not‑for‑profit salary packaging – increase your take‑home pay. Monday to Friday hours – no weekend work required.
