Discover more via our website. Your next career opportunity As the Manager Research Partnerships, you will lead the charge in developing research funding and opportunities across diverse sectors. You will work closely with the Director Research and the Business Development team to foster impactful collaborations, enhance strategic partnerships, and support the successful delivery of major grants. This role offers you the chance to drive transformative initiatives and contribute to the global scientific community. Your responsibilities will include: Provide Strategic Research Advice: Advise research staff on emerging funding opportunities and develop partnerships to leverage research outcomes. Drive Collaborative Research Strategies: Work with the Business Development team to enhance collaboration within the Faculty and externally. Foster Academic Research Capacity: Identify funding opportunities, plan workshops, and manage training and mentoring activities. Lead Faculty Support Strategy: Develop and lead strategies for ARC Linkage Programme schemes and strategic research initiatives. You may be a great fit if: You will leverage your strategic thinking and leadership skills to drive research partnerships, enhance collaboration, and deliver creative solutions within the Faculty of Science. You may also: Be experienced in preparing research proposals and budgets for major grant applications. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrate organisational and project management skills to develop and maintain programs. Have knowledge or experience in the STEM sectors. Exhibit personal qualities of leadership, teamwork, and innovation.
