Job Description What You’ll Do Lead with Confidence Be the go-to for clinical escalation and guide your team through complex cases. Provide clinical oversight, mentoring, and Support Inspire, coach, and debrief team members while welcoming new staff. Develop the Workforce Supervise and support new grads and students in the Early Career Program. Provide therapy, run groups, maintain documentation, and collaborate with the team. Desired Skills and Experience Formal qualifications inPsychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Mental Health Nursing . Current registration withAHPRA orAASW . Minimum2 years’ experience in youth mental health, including leadership or mentoring. Strong understanding ofNational Standards for Mental Health Services . Clinical risk management and escalation expertise. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Experience deliveringevidence-based individual and group interventions . Knowledge of youth mental health and appropriate therapeutic interventions. Other Role Requirements: Competence with Microsoft Office and ability to learn clinical software systems. Valid NSW Driver Licence and willingness to travel regularly to outpost sites. Compliance with police checks and Working With Children Checks (WWCC) .
