The Opportunity Were seeking Casual Nurses to travel across Perth to support our clinical teams on the ground. Youll play a key role in coordinating and facilitating Telehealth consults with GPs Geriatricians and Physicians ensuring residents receive the right care at the right time. This is a casual and flexible role ideal for someone who loves autonomy variety and the chance to see new places while still making a real difference in aged care. Working Pattern This role involves travel across different regions which may require you to be available for full weeks at a time depending on location and service needs. Youll work on site at aged care facilities during your scheduled shifts supporting residents and staff directly while coordinating Telehealth consults. Although youll be using technology to connect with clinicians remotely this is not a work-from-home role . Travel blocks and scheduling are planned in advance around continuity of care for our partner facilities. While well do our best to accommodate your existing roster or other work commitments flexibility is essential. What Youll Do Coordinate and support Telehealth rounds in aged care facilities across multiple regions Liaise with GPs Specialists and on-site nursing staff to deliver seamless care Manage schedules documentation and follow-ups using smart technology (tablet / laptop provided) Build strong relationships with facility staff and residents Support the ongoing growth of the Access Aged Care service model through collaboration and communication What Youll Bring AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse Minimum of 2 years experience Aged Care experience (leadership or clinical coordination highly regarded) Strong IT skills and confidence working with digital systems Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A current drivers licence and reliable vehicle A proactive professional and flexible approach to work Why Join Us Competitive hourly rates allowances (where applicable) Work with an innovative values-driven organisation Access to smart technology (laptop tablet) Be part of a friendly supportive and purpose-driven team Key Skills EMR Systems,Hospital Experience,Acute Care,ICU Experience,Dermal Fillers,Experience Administering Injections,Home Care,Nursing,Botox Experience,Critical Care Experience,Medication Administration,Tube Feeding How to Apply If youre eager to contribute to improving lives click apply now.
