Service and Inventory Coordinator

Industrial Food Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fuji Oil, is an innovative and growing chocolate manufacturer based in the southeastern suburbs. We’re currently on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Service and Inventory Coordinator to join our close‑knit team. You will be working alongside Warehousing, Sales and Procurement, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of orders, stock, and service support across our operations. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role where attention to detail and strong coordination skills are essential. What you’ll be doing Processing and managing customer orders and enquiries efficiently Managing incoming calls and providing excellent customer service Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date customer records Reviewing stock availability to meet order requirements Preparing and completing accurate paperwork and documentation for dispatch Coordinating the movement of raw materials and finished goods between sites Managing logistics for finished products, bulk liquids, and exports Overseeing raw material receivals and inventory control Assisting with stocktakes, cycle counts, and CHEP pallet control Providing general administrative and clerical support as required What we’re looking for Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Willingness to take direction and adapt to changing priorities Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Flexible start time (within the team's 7am–8am window) 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer service and inventory coordination Australian work rights essential for this position What we offer At IFS, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
