About the role This position works in our Mars Champion segment, making life better for pets and their owners. Location: MelbourneHours: Full‑timeReporting to: Supply Chain Director What you’ll do Resolve customer or system issues in a timely manner Complete required documentation for order processing, stock returns, disposals, or donations Support logistics operations and transfer of stock between distribution centres as required Ensure high service outcome across 3PLs, reporting performance versus KPIs and customer feedback Act as the key point of contact to support customer enquiries and order management Manage inventory and reporting, including goods receipt of inbound stock into SAP Coordinate internal and external auditor 3PL inventory stock takes Maintain high control and reconciliation for all inventory movement and adjustments between SAP, BC, and 3PL WMS Monitor interfaces between all operating systems and applications Your unique ingredients Experience in inventory management and/or customer service (preferred but not essential) Customer‑centric mindset with a proactive can‑do approach Previous experience with SAP or other ERP system (preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Why you’ll love working for Mars Purpose: Help craft beloved brands with a legacy of over 100 years of local manufacturing while building a more sustainable future.
