Your Role This role is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer / Inventory Coordinator to join our team at our Orchard Hills site. You will manage inventory functions by operating our stock control computer system, while providing great customer service to the Australian Defence Force (ADF). Responsibilities Ensure accurate operation of electronic and manual inventory stock management systems Instruct and train staff to maintain quality standards Plan and control work activities, including resource allocation and time management Maintain all technical publications relevant to the Inventory Office operation Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients Demonstrate a personal commitment to health and safety Qualifications & Experience Relevant experience in a similar environment Excellent communication skills at all levels Knowledge of inventory management systems desirable Experience within the Defence and/or Logistics environment highly advantageous Application Process After applying, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
