It is a fast paced, high energy team, where no two days are the same. This role provides day to day supervision to a payroll team, working with the Team Leader and Manager to ensure efficient and accurate processing of payroll related transactions.Key Responsibilities Lead a team of payroll officers, ensuring quality service to customers to support efficient payroll processing. Manage the day-to-day workload of your payroll team to ensure completion of tasks within agreed timeframes. Provide support and advice on complex requests About You: Experience in payroll processing in SAP, working in a shared services transactional environment Experience leading a payroll team, with a demonstrated ability to manage high work volumes during peak times Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and on the phone Understanding on NSW Government payroll awards and legislation What we need from youAn up-to-date CV (max 5 pages) and a cover letter (max 2 pages) outlining how your knowledge, skills and experience are aligned to the role.Please note that assessments will be conducted for this role.
