Senior Payroll Officer (3‑Month Temporary Assignment) We’re looking for an experienced and detail‑oriented Senior Payroll Officer. If you thrive in a high‑volume environment, excel at end‑to‑end payroll processing, and are a whiz with month‑end activities, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities End‑to‑End Payroll Management: Manage and execute the complete payroll cycle for a large volume of employees on a fortnightly basis. Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations, as well as company policies. Month‑End Activities: Accurately complete all payroll‑related month‑end tasks, including general ledger reconciliations, reporting, and journal entries. System Expertise: Manage and maintain the payroll system, ensuring data integrity and effective process flow. Experience with ADP or Workday payroll platforms is highly preferred. Problem Resolution: Research and resolve complex payroll discrepancies and employee queries in a timely and professional manner. Reporting: Prepare and analyse payroll reports for management as needed. What You’ll Bring Proven experience managing high‑volume, end‑to‑end payroll processing. Strong knowledge of payroll best practices and accounting principles. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet strict deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience using ADP is a significant advantage.
