About the Role As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, supporting the sales team and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our brand’s quality and care. From handling enquiries and preparing quotes to coordinating orders and providing product advice, you’ll help create seamless experiences that build lasting relationships. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in making every detail count.
