20th November, 2025 The opportunity Due to ongoing growth and success of the firm, Nexia Sydney have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an IT Systems Administrator. Reporting to the Head of IT, the Systems Administrator will work with the team in assisting with the management of equipment and providing IT support to an internal client base composed of the firm’s Partners and Staff. The role Analyse and resolve hardware and software application issues Desktop and computer network experience Configure and support Microsoft Office 365 environment Exposure to support Azure infrastructure Exposure to support Server virtualisation Understands and support the importance of Security solutions Exposure to Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions Promptly address system and operational issues for staff Organise training for new hardware / devices as required About you Experience working within a help desk environment Experience with systems including Office 365 and Windows Server Experience providing support for complex solutions and technical products Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders An understanding of IT standards and best practice An enthusiastic team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Organised and able to prioritise tasks Helpful and solution driven mindset An IT related qualification is desirable, however not essential.
