Ocius Technology is an Australian company dedicated to developing and deploying cutting edge Uncrewed Surface Vehicles (USVs). Our vessel's harness Wind, Solar and Wave power to remain at sea collecting vital data for Defence and Civilian applications. We are under contracts with RAN, RNZN and USA and are responding in an agile way to an ambitious program of building and deploying multiple USVs for operations around Australia and beyond. About the Role The Systems Administrator will take the lead on supporting, managing and administrating our Corporate IT and Engineering Infrastructure to ensure that we are able to continue to build and operate our fleet of Bluebottles. The IT Services team manages our Hardware, Software and Networks to ensure we remain operational on and off-water. A typical day as our System Administrator could include: Administering and maintaining the Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune. Providing all levels of IT support, resolving issues related to system access, application errors, and hardware troubleshooting Implementing and monitoring security policies such as conditional access, device compliance, and data loss prevention (DLP). Selection Criteria Proven experience in system administration with a focus on Microsoft 365 (M365) services including SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, and Intune. Demonstrated ability to manage and support a range of SaaS applications, including user provisioning, licensing, and troubleshooting. Strong IT support skills with experience providing Level 1 and 2 support across desktop, mobile, and cloud-based environments. Proficiency in identity and access management tools such as Azure Active Directory and multifactor authentication (MFA). Strong documentation skills with the ability to clearly capture system configurations and support processes.
