As the business continues its rapid international expansion, they are seeking a highly experienced, creative and analytical Senior Buyer to join their growing team. About the Role Identifycurrent and emerging trendswhich shape and influenceproduct development . Collaborate with the Design andProduction teams to create anddeliver commercially viable andon trend product offerings Apply effective planning andassorting to maximise sales andgross profit margins Quantify and place purchaseorders Build and maintain strongrelationships with externalvendors and suppliers Deliver balanced assortment to different grading of stores, ecomm and wholesale partners Provide leadership to employees and to peers and foster an open environment of continual training and development KPI's Achieve Sales growth targets for product lines / categories Achieve GP margin growth targets for product lines / categories Product selection is on brand, on trend and in accordance with brand elevation strategy About You 5 years experience in a Buying role, focussing on premium womenswear International buying experience across wholesale, retail and ecomm Have the ability to travel 3-4 times per year Strong analytical skills and commercially minded Excellent leadership and communication skills Why Brisbane?
