The Opportunity This newly created role sits within the growing quantitative team in Sydney. You'll be surrounded by a collaborative group of thinkers and doers, working across a range of commercial, social, and government clients. We're looking for a passionate, insights-led quantitative strategist who can bring data to life - translating numbers into narratives that inspire change. You'll work across all elements of the research process in a dynamic, ad hoc consulting environment. Key Responsibilities Build trusted client relationships - getting under the skin of their business challenges Design surveys and strategic frameworks to uncover meaningful insights Synthesize and contextualize quantitative data using triangulation techniques Translate insights into compelling stories and clear, actionable recommendations Present findings confidently to clients and stakeholders Collaborate closely with qualitative, BSCI, cultural strategy and AI teams. Their commercial, social, government and NFP work spans: Brand: Strategy, positioning, communications, CVP Innovation: NPD, cultural foresight, journey mapping Audience: U&A, segmentation. Our ideal profile: 3+ years' experience in quantitative research or strategy role (agency) Confident managing ad hoc and tracking projects from pitch to preso Technically strong - comfortable with Q, SPSS, Excel Naturally curious about culture, society, and what shapes human behaviour Commercially astute with strong client management skills Thrive in a multidisciplinary team and love solving complex problems.
