What You'll Do Lead Quantitative Projects: From brief through to delivery, you'll run strategic quant studies that unlock real‑world impact. Solve Complex Problems: Apply methodologies like segmentation, max diff, conjoint, tracking, and bespoke modelling to address brand, product, and audience challenges. Think Beyond the Data: Bring commercial insight and cultural awareness to your storytelling, shaping strategies that resonate with real people. Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work alongside qualitative researchers, strategists, and creative thinkers in a dynamic team environment. Mentor and Inspire: Support and grow junior team members, contributing to a culture of development and learning. Who You Are 5/6+ years' experience in quantitative research, insights, or strategy – ideally within a consulting, agency, or brand environment. Strong analytical skills and proficient in tools such as Q and SPSS. Adept at translating complex findings into clear, compelling stories. Comfortable presenting to clients and facilitating strategic conversations. Intellectually curious, collaborative, and always thinking one step ahead.
