About the role Bring your drive and ambition to this innovative, respected commercial firm. Join a growing Dispute Resolution & Litigation team and enjoy hybrid working, with the opportunity to progress to Principal for the right candidate. Work with a dedicated junior lawyer, manage a dynamic caseload, drive business development, and build strong client relationships. Duties In this role you will: Handle a diverse caseload spanning commercial, tax, property, insolvency, and corporate disputes. Collaborate across teams and with senior and junior litigators on complex legal matters. Advocate for clients in courts, tribunals, and mediations across interlocutory and hearing stages. Lead , mentor, and support junior lawyers and clerks to drive team development. Contribute to business growth through client relationship management and professional networking. Skills & experience Ideally, you will: Bring 6–9+ years’ PAE in commercial dispute resolution and litigation. Apply strong technical and strategic skills to manage files independently. Excel in advocacy, negotiation, and client engagement. Lead and mentor others with a clear path toward Principal progression. Drive client service excellence and contribute to business growth.
