GYM MANAGER Experienced PT - Ready to Lead Movement HQ is seeking an experienced gym manager or a high-performing PT ready to step into a true leadership role. Movement HQ is a boutique training space in Frenchs Forest. We see a great opportunity for substantial future growth under the right leader driving this growing fitness model. You will be directly responsible for maximising performance across all areas of the gym. Key Responsibilities Membership Growth & Retention Drive sales to increase membership from 150 to 300 and beyond. Develop, implement, and own retention strategies, member engagement, and client experience. Gym Strategy & Operations Oversee full operational management, ensuring all daily processes operate smoothly. Maintain facility standards, cleanliness, safety compliance, and consistent service quality. Staff Leadership & Team Performance Collaborate with the Founder to recruit and lead a team of high-performing PTs. Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and professional team that strives for continuous improvement. Manage rosters, supervise trainers, and support professional development. Business Performance & Reporting Deliver sustainable profits by ensuring all revenue streams are commercially viable. Provide comprehensive reports on metrics, revenue, profit, KPIs, and member trends. About You Experienced Gym Manager or PT (ready to advance). Proven track record in sales, client conversion, leadership, and performance. Commercially minded and results-driven. Passionate about member outcomes and gym profitability.
