Assistant Club Manager – AFC PT, Hoppers Crossing, Victoria, Australia Overview Anytime Fitness Truganina, part of the AFC Group, is seeking a full‑time Assistant Club Manager to join our growing fitness team. The role is integral to member engagement and day‑to‑day operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for members and supporting the Club Manager's vision. Key Responsibilities Ensure the club is clean, safe, and operating efficiently on a daily basis. Call potential members and service current and new members. Meet team targets and continually strive to improve performance. Build rapport and generate leads for Personal Trainers. Create a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for the team and all club members. Assist the Club Manager with operational tasks. Skills & Experience Previous sales experience. First Aid and CPR certification. Working with Children check and Police Check. Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service. Self‑motivated, willing to learn, and proactive in contributing ideas. Passionate about health and fitness and genuinely caring for members.
