Snap Fitness Heidelberg is seeking a driven, commercially savvy Assistant Club Manager who is passionate about all things health and fitness. This is a part‑time permanent position that offers an immediate start for the right candidate. If you have strong industry experience, a passion for growing yourself and the club, and a naturally creative and innovative marketing and sales strategy, then this is the role for you. As a community‑oriented club, we are looking for someone who can actively engage with members and local businesses while maintaining a commercial mindset in daily tasks. The club offers state‑of‑the‑art facilities, including functional free weights, a squat rack, cardio, an exclusive functional training area, group fitness classes, and more. About the role This is a Part‑time position with an immediate start available for the right individual. Duties will include Driving sales through local community and corporate outreach Onboarding members to give them an awesome experience Innovation and strategic marketing to drive membership growth Helping with the social media strategy for the club Training and support from Snap Head Office Strong systems to drive member engagement, support and service Operating a beautiful facility with top‑of‑the‑range equipment and amenities Managing a large and loyal customer base About you To be considered it is essential you have experience managing the day‑to‑day operations of a busy health club, along with a proven track record in growing and driving sales. This role will enable you to step up, practice an ownership mindset daily, and be rewarded for your efforts.
