Join to apply for the Project Manager role at Design Build Design and Build is partnering with a well‑established Tier 3 commercial builder who are expanding their new build division and looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, this role offers long‑term stability and the chance to deliver high‑quality projects across multiple sectors. You’ll take the lead on new build projects up to $40M, with a focus on education, commercial, and industrial sectors. You’ll oversee the full project lifecycle while working closely with a collaborative leadership team that values clear communication, quality delivery, and proactive problem‑solving. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of commercial projects from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery. Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve quality outcomes while adhering to safety standards. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, contracts, and specifications. About You Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction. Background delivering new build projects ideally between $10M-$40M. Strong contract, subcontractor, programming and financial management skills. Ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants and site teams. A steady, solutions‑driven approach to delivering projects safely, on time, and to expectation. Benefits To You Salary package up to $230k, depending on experience.
