Work alongside experienced educators to help plan and run activities that follow the Early Years Learning Framework. Build positive and caring relationships with children, helping them feel safe, supported and ready to learn. Support children during mealtimes, encouraging healthy eating and making sure their dietary needs are met. Join in group activities like art, music, games and outdoor play that help children build social skills, confidence, and creativity. Create long-lasting connections and partnerships with your local community, schools, and families. Always follow child safety rules and policies, putting the safety and wellbeing of every child first. ABOUT YOU We’re looking for someone aged 18‑26* who is an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident and: Has empathy and emotional intelligence Is a reliable team player Is creative and adaptable MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS To work in this role, you’ll need to provide two work or professional references, plus hold (or be willing to get) a current Working With Children Check (or relevant state equivalent) and a Police Check.
