We offer a variety of shifts including morning, afternoon, and night shifts across the week. As part of a dedicated team who work hard to create a safe, home‑like environment you’ll be responsible for: Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing Supporting day‑to‑day tasks such as eating and social activities Working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed Maintaining documentation and working as part of a team to ensure our residents’ health and wellbeing are optimised Providing high quality service to families and the community To be successful in this role you’ll need A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people A reliable team player Understanding of workplace health and safety A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent) Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance What we can offer you Competitive hourly pay rate Not‑for‑profit tax benefits so you pay less tax Fitness Passport discounted gym benefits Paid Parental leave Long Service leave after 5 years Additional week of leave for Enterprise Agreement shift workers 40+ Locations across NSW and QLD if you choose to move A values‑based organisation that welcomes applicants from all faiths and backgrounds We know you have many choices of employer - choose Catholic Healthcare where you can make a positive impact and be well rewarded.
