We take great pride in offering a built better solution for our client’s construction, sales and management needs. Role We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Site Labourer to join our team. As a member of the team, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. The position will be full time, Monday-Friday, and will be based on the Sunshine Coast. Responsibilities Assist with site setup, ensuring tools and equipment are ready for use. Perform manual tasks like lifting, carrying, and moving materials and debris. Maintain a clean work area, disposing of waste materials regularly. Follow health and safety protocols, including proper PPE usage. Help load and unload materials and equipment on and off-site. Operate basic hand tools under supervision. Attend daily prestart meetings and toolbox talks. Work collaboratively with the team to meet project goals. Report issues or concerns to the Site Manager. Requirements Previous construction or labour experience preferred. Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment. Strong focus on safety and following protocols. Good communication and teamwork skills. Positive attitude, reliable, and eager to learn. Able to follow instructions and work efficiently. Ability to take initiative in completing tasks required. Have a driver’s licence. On the job training will be provided, with opportunity for development and advancement within the company over time.
