Whether you’re currently studying in youth work, community services, or social work , OSHC offers a rewarding and flexible career pathway where you can keep making a difference every day. We have leadership through to Coordinator and Educator roles available all across Bundaberg. Part‑time anywhere from 10‑35 hours per week, or regular Casual shifts available. Want more stability, predictability, and ongoing relationships in your work. Have (or are working towards) a relevant qualification (Diploma in Community Services, Youth Work, Education Support, Community Welfare, etc.). Creating a safe, inclusive space where kids can be themselves. Leading games, creative activities, cooking, and sports. Supporting children’s emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour. Working collaboratively with a team to deliver engaging programs. Building trusted relationships with kids, parents, and schools.
