We are growing The Lucy Rose Clinic is a fast growing, nationwide, integrative tele-health clinic with a focus on Hormonal & Thyroid Health. The majority of our patients are women and we see nearly 300 patients a week. We are a nationwide clinic with a state-of-the-art pathology laboratory. In fact, we are one of the only clinics in Australia that do our testing and treatment programs with laboratory-backed facilities. We want to make sure that you embrace our culture and our desire to change the world "One Thyroid at a Time" ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a passionate sales rock star to join our team The person we are looking for has a strong track record of membership sales in B2C environments. This is a warm calling role with lots of opportunities in the current pipeline. You will champion our services and solidify our position as a leader in women’s health by how you interact with our lovely database. TO PERFORM WELL IN THIS ROLE You must be a qualified Naturopath. You must love talking to people and influencing others positively. You will be making Phone Calls, Membership sales & Appointment Bookings. (This is NOT cold calling). Sales-Based Role so you must LOVE sales, be a good converter and be very confident in the consultative selling process. Positive and Open-Minded. Competitive and Driven. Happy to ask the tough questions, pace objections and encourage people to take action when it comes to their health. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Converting The Maximum Number of Leads into sales (The Leads have booked a discovery call, are warm and given to you). Phone calling (warm leads only, no Cold Calling). Promoting The Lucy Rose Clinic Brand. Strict Adherence to Reporting and Tracking Measures. Pre-qualify and convert warm inquiries into sales with the prescribed script. Overcome objections. Find opportunities on previously contacted warm leads and effectively convert them into sales. Follow the process flow of the leads from lead-in to complete booking. Collaborate and Communicate effectively with the existing sales & support team through the team online platforms. General customer and administration support.
