Payroll Officer Location: OTR Kensington, South Australia, Australia Join OTR’s payroll team as a Payroll Officer. Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader , this role supports the accurate and timely delivery of end-to-end payroll services. Responsibilities Participate in the full payroll cycle managing processing, reconciliations, and compliance activities. Apply modern awards and enterprise agreements to ensure accuracy and fairness. Manage payroll queries efficiently and maintain meticulous payroll records. Deliver high-quality, timely outcomes that support the business and its people. Ability to interpret and apply modern awards and enterprise agreements. Experience with payroll and time & attendance systems. Background in high-volume payroll processing. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high‑performing team.
