About The Role As the OSHC & Vacation Care Manager, you will report to the Assistant Principal and be responsible for the planning and implementation of programming whilst effectively mentoring educators and staff. Duties Manage, lead and inspire educators and staff Develop engaging programming and assessment practices Monitor program effectiveness ensuring it meets children’s needs Manage and maintain staff rosters to ensure continuity and appropriate ratios Ensure compliance through your knowledge Laws, Regulations and Acts Accept the role of Nominated Supervisor if required Skills & Experience Previous leadership experience in an educational setting Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood qualification Demonstrated experience in successfully programming and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that align with the National Quality Framework & the My time, My Place Framework Demonstrated understanding of relevant Education and Care Services National Laws and Regulations as well as WHS legislation Culture & Benefits Empower and Lead – Inspire a team of educators to deliver exceptional learning experiences Make a Difference – Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community Work-Life Balance – Flexible work hours to support your lifestyle Competitive Salary and Perks – $95,800 + superannuation How To Apply Click APPLY to submit your application including cover letter and CV in one document in Microsoft Word only.
