We're Hiring OSHC / Vacation Care Director 70 hours per fortnight • 3-year Contract • 3-month Probation Commencing 19 January 2026 We are seeking an experienced and qualified OSHC/Vacation Care Director to lead our Out of School Hours Care service at Morphett Vale East School. This role is perfect for a dedicated educational leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and programs for children. About the Role Position: OSHC/Vacation Care Director Hours: 70 hours per fortnight Contract: 3 years, with a 3-month probation period Start Date: 19 January Lead and manage day-to-day operations of OSHC and Vacation Care Support and mentor educators and build strong family engagement Ensure safe, nurturing, engaging and compliant programs Mandatory Requirements ✔️ Must hold an ACECQA-approved OSHC qualification that meets the First-Qualified Educator requirements for South Australia (as per ACECQA approved qualification list). Qualification list: ✔️ Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain) ✔️ Relevant first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma management certificates About You Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills Demonstrated ability to create engaging, child-centred programs Commitment to high standards of care, compliance and teamwork Experience working as a qualified educator in an OSHC/Vacation Care Setting preferred Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
