What We Offer Excellent earning potential involving a generous commission structure Management of an existing order bank from day 1 4.5‑day work week focusing on a sustainable work‑life balance Ongoing training and support in an environment that challenges and rewards The option of a work vehicle including a substantial monthly fuel allowance of 180 litres An active Social Club A rewards program from Australia’s leading automotive brand The Position In your position, your day will consist of: Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences Maintain excellent knowledge of the Toyota product and provide expert guidance on vehicle features, specifications, and options Conduct test drives and articulate the unique selling points of each vehicle Assist customers through the purchasing process, including financing options Manage an order bank while keeping quality contact and status updates for waiting guests Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and product knowledge Sales experience and/or automotive industry experience would be advantageous, but not essential. The successful applicant will be expected to obtain a licence in motor sales on the job.
