Job Description As an Aussie Home Loan Specialist, you’ll help Australians navigate their home loan journey while benefiting from our AI‑enhanced platform, smart automation, and end‑to‑end support, powering you to new heights. In This Role, You Will Support customers via phone, email, and video — no cold leads. Work on Australia’s #1 home loan platform, driving 4x faster settlements. Get pre‑qualified appointments booked for you. Submit deals to our in‑house processing team — we’ll handle the admin. Access referral income beyond broking, including buyer’s agents and conveyancing. Typical brokers submit 12+ deals per month; top performers exceed a deal a day. Qualifications Experience in phone‑based sales roles (insurance, solar, tech, etc.) OR Experience in mortgage broking, lending, or financial services (branch or phone‑based). A passion for helping Australians navigate property ownership. Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it – we can help). Unrestricted Australian working rights.
