As an Aussie Home Loan Specialist youll help Australians navigate their home loan journey while benefiting from our AI-enhanced platform smart automation and end-to-end support powering you to new heights. In this role you will : Support customers via phone email and video no cold leads. Work on Australias #1 home loan platform driving 4x faster settlements. Get pre-qualified appointments booked for you. Submit deals to our in-house processing team well handle the admin. Access referral income beyond broking including buyers agents and conveyancing. Typical brokers submit 12 deals per month; top performers exceed a deal a day. Qualifications : Experience in phone-based sales roles (insurance solar tech etc.) OR Experience in mortgage broking lending or financial services (branch or phone-based). A passion for helping Australians navigate property ownership. Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it we can help). Unrestricted Australian working rights.
