As a Performance Mechanic, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and modification of high-performance vehicles (predominately Subaru's). This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits. What you'll be doing Diagnose and repair performance issues in a wide range of vehicles, including sports cars and race cars Perform suspension modifications, and other customisations to enhance vehicle performance Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and reliability Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement new performance upgrades Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients What we're looking for Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, and suspension components Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve performance issues Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex problems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and specifications Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach What we offer At Pulse Racing PTY LTD, we are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for our employees.
