Designer Image is South East Queensland's leading residential landscape construction company. We specialise in all types of retaining, with a heavy focus on concrete sleeper retaining walls. We are looking for a Retaining Wall Foreman to join our team As a Retaining Wall Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in installing concrete sleeper retaining walls, including overseeing and coordinating projects from start to finish. You will be the point of contact for your project to ensure that every aspect is completed safely, efficiently and meets the highest standards of quality craftsmanship. What you'll do: Supervise and coordinate projects Implement engineered plans and schedule orders Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations Train and mentor crew members to enhance their skills and productivity Communicate effectively with clients and management to ensure project goals are met What you'll need: Minimum 3 years' experience with concrete sleeper retaining wall construction Must have, or be able to obtain, excavator / skid steer / machinery tickets Construction Industry Induction (White card) Strong work ethic and positive attitude High level of attention to detail and excellent problem‑solving skills Strong leadership and communication skills Valid driver's licence (manual preferred) and willingness to travel (Our sites are located all over Brisbane and outer regions) Integrate into our business management system including software and ordering procedures What we offer: Company vehicle and fuel card provided after probation Full time position (after probation) with holiday pay, sick pay and super Access to in house machinery Strong team culture, supportive management and team events Well‑established landscape construction company where your efforts are noticed and rewarded Ready to take the next step?
