About the role We are looking for a driven and passionate Territory Manager to join our high‑performing team on a permanent full‑time basis, covering the Cairns region. This territory covers from Tully to Mossman. The Territory Manager will report to the Zone Manager and will contribute to the continued development of our iconic market‑leading brands by growing and maintaining business partnerships in the grocery channel. What your day looks like Lead and mentor a team of 3 part time direct reports Superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities Strict adherence to provided OH & S guidelines Contribute effectively as a member of the QLD field team Effective management of your merchandiser budget Liaising with key decision makers in store The Ingredients for Success An energetic and resilient achiever who can demonstrate a strong drive for results Superior customer focus challenging the status quo FMCG experience is preferred but not essential You will be confident in leading others through inspiration and motivation Your forward planning skills will see you ahead of the game Prioritise your physical, mental and financial wellbeing with discounted health insurance, home loans, gym memberships and access to our employee assistance program.
