We are on the lookout for a self-motivated Territory Manager to further build on our profitable growth of the trade market in the Cairns Area. As our new Territory Manager , you will be further building on our success and continued profitable growth of the trade market in your region Being Responsible for proactively identifying new opportunities and providing solutions to a diverse range of clients Managing the executional delivery of new products and promotional activities - being passionate about our brands and what they can do for both customers and consumers Achieve budgeted sales, average sales price and profit targets Build & execute the Territory Annual Growth Plan Have You Got What We’re Looking For? A minimum of 3 year’s Sales management experience Experience in Construction or hardware would be ideal for this role Results oriented, tenacious and resilient The ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work autonomously Team player - you're known for your sound honesty, integrity and open communication Lifting up to 32kg as required when assisting the Local store Can You Balance Customer Focus with Operational Excellence?
