This role focuses on two core areas: (1) improving the richness and reliability of workforce data (hierarchy, tenure, demographics) and (2) discovering actionable insights that help leaders and managers drive engagement, retention, and performance. You will work alongside data scientists, engineers, and analysts, and will partner with engineers to productionise models that feed into Coach, our AI assistant. What you’ll do Lead discovery work to uncover meaningful patterns in workforce data that predict engagement, retention, and performance outcomes. Build and validate statistical models and ML approaches to surface actionable insights. Improve data quality and standardisation for workforce attributes like hierarchy, tenure, and demographics. Partner with engineers to productionise insights, including integration with Coach. Contribute to our engagement benchmarks by improving methodology, adding new cuts, and ensuring data quality. Help shape the long‑term insights roadmap based on what you learn. What we're looking for 4–6 years of experience in data science or a related quantitative role. Strong foundation in statistics and classical ML, with the judgment to pick the right tool for the problem. Solid data modelling instincts: ability to structure and clean messy workforce data. Expertise in Python and SQL, focused on writing clean, reusable code for end‑to‑end data science solutions. Experience taking models from exploration to production, even when assisted by engineers. Clear thinking and communication: explain findings and their business impact to product and business stakeholders. Ability to present data interactively to non‑technical audiences; data visualisation is a bonus. Curiosity about the “so what”: focus on whether correlations you find are truly useful. Bonus: experience with HR/people analytics data, causal inference, working with LLMs (RAG, prompting, evaluation), or building insights products. Benefits Employee Share Options Program.
