For more information, visit: About the Opportunity Smart Cookies is looking for full-time and part-time Educators (Cert III, Diploma, and Room Leader level) based in Liverpool, NSW . You will join a nurturing team focused on high-quality education, documentation, and critical reflection to support children’s development and assist the centre’s preparation for Assessment and Rating. More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supervising and engaging with children across age groups Participating in daily programming, planning, and reflection Contributing to documentation and compliance processes Supporting the centre through self‑assessments and quality improvement Demonstrating knowledge of the EYLF and NQF frameworks Collaborating with your team to ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment About You To qualify, you will need a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care , have at least 2+ years experience and hold a current Working With Children Check , First Aid , CPR , Asthma , and Anaphylaxis certification. These are permanent roles suitable for educators able to work consistently across 4 or 5 days per week. Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued: Experience in early childhood documentation and programming Involvement in Assessment & Rating preparation Strong understanding of EYLF and NQF frameworks Confidence in critical reflection and self‑assessment Capacity to step into or grow into a Room Leader role As our ideal candidate, you are passionate , motivated , and proactive in seeking knowledge and continuous improvement.
