To succeed in this role, you will bring proven experience managing teams across multiple work fronts, including structural repairs, welding repairs, new fabrication works and surface treatment within a brownfields environment. What You’ll Be Doing In this role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple work fronts Working closely with Supervisors to ensure timeframes and deadlines are met Ensuring all work is completed accurately, to specification, and in line with QA processes Driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency Maintaining and promoting an uncompromising safety culture What We’re Looking For To be successful, you will ideally bring: Qualifications & Licences Construction White Card High Risk Work Licence – Forklift and/or Rigging Working at Heights Confined Spaces Gas Test Atmospheres Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience managing small teams of tradespeople Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management and organisational ability A commitment to building a positive and cohesive team culture A proactive and uncompromising attitude toward safety What’s in It for You?
