About the Role We’re looking for a technical leader to drive our Environment as a Service (EaaS) initiative. In this role, you’ll design, deploy, and optimize scalable cloud and on-premises application environments. Your expertise in Azure Cloud , DevOps practices , and environment automation will be key to delivering high-quality development, testing, and production environments. Key Responsibilities Deliver, uplift, and maintain high-quality, fit-for-purpose environments for enterprise-level development, testing, and production Design and implement self-service, on-demand ephemeral environments with automated provisioning and cost optimization Build comprehensive automation solutions for environment management workflows Enhance visibility through dashboards and monitoring Optimize configurations for reliability and efficiency Drive continuous improvement in environment management processes Qualifications 8–10+ years of experience in Azure Cloud , environment engineering , or DevOps Strong background in CI/CD , automation tools, and Agile methodologies Hands-on experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proven success in managing complex environments and engaging cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on automation What’s in it for me?
