Overview Early Childhood Teacher - Term Break Coordinator International Grammar School (IGS) – Ultimo, NSW – Kindergarten / ELC / Early Childhood Contract Type: Permanent/Ongoing Position, Full Time Applications Close: 20 November 2025 We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our dynamic early learning team in a unique coordinator role. IGS is Sydney's unique independent, coeducational, secular school with a bilingual program and extended hours for the Early Learning Centre (ELC). The ELC encourages children aged 3-5 years to explore and discover their world, supporting the joy of learning another language and music. Role and Responsibilities Lead the educational program from 3:00pm to 6:00pm during term time, delivering meaningful and authentic learning experiences each afternoon. Collaborate with the Director of Early Learning and the Educational Leader to coordinate, lead, and implement the program during term breaks. Inspire and guide a team of educators, fostering a positive, collaborative, and enriching learning environment for staff and children.
