What You’ll Do Lead Full-Stack Development : Own the .NET Core backend and Blazor frontend, driving scalability, performance, and intuitive UX for sales and edtech users. Champion Quality Assurance : Implement robust testing strategies (unit, integration, end‑to‑end) to deliver bug‑free software, ensuring zero‑downtime reliability for enterprise clients. Build AI-Powered Features : Develop and deploy NLP-focused AI/ML models (no computer vision) to enable intelligent sales coaching, CRM automation, and adaptive learning, leveraging Azure AI or open‑source frameworks. Architect Cloud Infrastructure : Design and optimize Azure-based systems (e.g., App Services, Azure Functions, AKS) for high availability, cost efficiency, and enterprise‑grade performance. Integrate with Ecosystem : Create secure, tested APIs to seamlessly connect with sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and edtech systems (e.g., Canvas, Moodle).
