Our award-winning client is seeking a highly skilled High Voltage Construction Manager to deliver Greenfield and Brownfield projects up to 220kv across Tasmania. About the role Lead a high‑voltage (HV) and extra‑high‑voltage (EHV) switchyard project across Tasmania. Full ownership of project phases from civil works to commissioning. Must ensure safe, on‑time, on‑budget delivery with high quality and client satisfaction. Lead Project Delivery: Manage all aspects of construction, including civil, structural, primary, secondary, and commissioning works. Drive Excellence: Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget, exceeding client expectations. Manage the Full Lifecycle: Oversee all phases of construction in both new and existing environments. Be a Problem Solver: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring seamless project execution. About you Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management. Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Construction Manager on HV or EHV projects up to 220kV. Comprehensive understanding of switchyard and substation construction from foundations to commissioning. Experience in greenfield (new build) and brownfield (redevelopment/upgrade) environments. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Commitment to safety and quality above all else.
