And with trusted hardware brands like Mitre 10 and Home Timber & Hardware, we can turn local retailers into the best stores in town giving locals the tools and support to build strong communities – literally What You Will Be Doing Deliver excellent customer service through counter sales, quotes, delivery orders, goods inwards procedures, stock replenishment and store retail standards. Picking and packing orders. Designing and selling kitchens (full training will be provided). Adhering to safety as part of our everyday culture. Using P.O.S and handling cash. What You Will Bring Strong customer service focus. Ability to clearly communicate to customers via phone and email. Ability to multi‑task in a dynamic fast‑paced trade business. Previous experience in a similar Counter sales / Trade Sales position. An understanding of the Timber & Hardware market is desirable but not essential. Ability to work closely in a diverse team.
