Revit Autodesk 3D Designer - Infrastructure Digitalisation (90M ) Parramatta, Sydney, Australia Salary: AUD47.76 - AUD47.76 per hour + super Paying $47.76ph + super Parramatta NSW location, 5 days per week in office About the Role Our client is the delivery powerhouse behind some of NSW's most crucial projects . They are currently seeking an Infrastructure Digitalisation Designer to join their team out in Parramatta NSW on a contract assignment until 24/12/2025. Candidates for this position must have an undergraduate degree in Structural, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering (completed or near completion), coupled with strong experience in 3D Modelling of multi-disciplinary engineering projects including building and water infrastructure Projects within public and private sectors and knowledge of Infrastructure Digitalisation (Digital Engineering) (software, cloud platforms, standards). The role is responsible for supporting development and maintenance of 3D models and Asset Tagging that help drive optimised infrastructure, construction, advisory and emergency management project outcomes, specifically configuration and development in the Autodesk technology stack. The role will contribute to the overall strategy and roadmap of the project controls digital environment within the business, ensuring the business has the correct mix of talent, process, structure and supporting technology in place so that a coordinated, progressive approach is taken across the business. The role will also work with the business and clients to develop tailored, ‘outside the square’ solutions for large projects or programs of work, often in a fluid and rapidly evolving environment. Key responsibilities will include: Provide technical support using Autodesk Construction Cloud, AEC Collection, 12D, etc. Implement Cloud platforms for engineering collaboration. Independently design and draft multi-discipline digital deliverables. Assist in delivering projects in accordance with Australian and NSWPW standards. Support implementation of Infrastructure Digitalisation Standards. Review and produce 3D/CAD/digital data deliverables. Communicate effectively within a progressive and creative team. Implement 3D Design to produce 2D Deliverables for projects About You You will be an experienced Infrastructure Digitalisation Designer in 3D modelling with proven experience and reliability in previous positions. The successful candidate will possess: Current NSW Drivers License Have an undergraduate degree in Structural, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering (completed or near completion) Highly proficient in 3D Modelling using latest software such as Autodesk AEC Collection and cloud collaboration platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, developing and supporting user and business tools in the Autodesk software and platforms: Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud(ACC), Recap, FormIt, Drafting. Demonstrated experience with software technical problem solving, discipline’s all phases of design for complex multi-disciplinary buildings, civil, water infrastructure or other engineering projects is desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high level interpersonal skills are essential including the ability to facilitate meetings and training sessions will be required. Proven experience in 3D Modelling of multi-disciplinary engineering projects including building and water infrastructure Projects within public and private sectors and knowledge of Infrastructure Digitalisation (Digital Engineering) (software, cloud platforms, standards).
