URGENTLY HIRING - Disability Support Worker Availability Must be flexible from Monday to Saturday. Must be available between 8am to 12pm, and 4pm to 8pm. 3-4 times per week. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN). Experienced in Manual Handling, challenging behaviours, and other high-care skills. Fluent English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be proactive and have experience working with participants who require physical support/social support. Full Australian driver’s license, own car, and comprehensive car insurance. NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW). Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate. This Includes But Is Not Limited To Intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support to assist clients in successfully improving their physical and mental health. Develop connections with the community and achieve their goals. Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on. Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing. Willing to be on-call and travel to different areas.
