As an experienced, passionate, and engaging Senior AI Engineer, you’ll be the technical powerhouse behind next-gen AI applications and ML models that redefine how we serve millions of customers. From GenAI agentic systems to production-grade ML pipelines, you’ll architect, engineer, and operationalise solutions that make a real-world impact. Importantly, you’ll collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product leaders to transform ideas into scalable, secure, and ethical AI systems. This is your chance to lead in a space where responsible AI meets bold innovation. What will you be doing? Design, develop, and deploy ML models and GenAI applications that solve complex business challenges. Build robust CI/CD pipelines and automation using Jenkins, GitHub, Bamboo. Engineer solutions leveraging LlamaIndex, LangChain, AutoGen, DSPy, and other advanced frameworks. Work with big data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark) for feature engineering and data processing. Implement solutions on Azure ML, Synapse, and Azure AI Services. Contribute to backend and frontend development (Node.js, React) and explore graph databases for innovative use cases. Expert‑level Python and mastery of ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn). Outstanding people skills and able to cater your language, style, and cadence to suit your audience. Deep experience with IaC tools like Terraform and Chef. Familiarity with scripting languages (bash, PowerShell). Certifications in Azure & AWS. A passion for responsible AI, scalability, and performance. Advanced firsthand practical AI engineering experience as gained in complex corporate environments.
