What you'll do Help steer growth for the Sydney office - from first conversations through to delivering outstanding work. Own senior client relationships, immersing yourself in their commercial challenges and connecting them with the right thinking internally. Lead and elevate quantitative workstreams, while collaborating with qual, culture, strategy and behaviour change specialists. Bring a strong commercial lens to proposals, pitches, and pipeline development. Mentor, support, and grow the next wave of researchers coming through. You’re sharp, strategic and industry‑facing. Someone who thrives in rooms where decisions are made. You love the chase of new opportunities as much as the satisfaction of long‑term partnership building.
