Base pay range A$180,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Resources Group Why this role matters You’ll be the person who steps into the market as one of the agency’s senior commercial voices. Someone who can: Spot opportunities before others do Write compelling proposals that sing Pitch with confidence and credibility Build genuine long‑term client partnerships Influence the direction of a growing, modern insights business And you won’t be doing it alone - the brand is already a magnet. With ongoing thought leadership, brilliant client events, a switched‑on marketing and events function, and sponsorship of major industry platforms, you’ll have support, visibility, and momentum behind you. What you’ll do Help steer growth for the Sydney office - from first conversations through to delivering outstanding work. Own senior client relationships, immersing yourself in their commercial challenges and connecting them with the right thinking internally. Lead and elevate quantitative workstreams, while collaborating with qual, culture, strategy and behaviour change specialists. Bring a strong commercial lens to proposals, pitches, and pipeline development. Mentor, support, and grow the next wave of researchers coming through. What you’ll bring You’re sharp, strategic and industry-facing. Someone who thrives in rooms where decisions are made. You love the chase of new opportunities as much as the satisfaction of long‑term partnership building.
