About the role You will lead the research and consulting teams supporting a Tier 1 banking client, a flagship account at the heart of the business. Your responsibilities include designing and delivering a powerful research program that combines customer, market, and competitor insights, focused on product usage, advocacy, and behaviour. So, what’s needed? Subject‑Matter Expert: Fluency in CX, NPS, and the nuances of financial services; ability to identify key drivers and know what it takes to shift the dial. Client Champion: Deep understanding of clients’ strategic priorities and the ability to demonstrate this understanding in all interactions. Research Champion: Strong appreciation for the power of data and insights, and the role they play in shaping business strategy. Mentor and Leader: Inspiring manager who leads by example, coaching, developing, and elevating the team. Presenter and Storyteller: Clear and confident communication, ensuring insights are understood and acted upon. Innovator: Keeps an eye on emerging trends and technologies that can sharpen the team’s thinking and enhance client outcomes. Collaborator: Works cross‑functionally, bringing together minds and methods to deliver the best possible results.
