Collaborate with IT partners to streamline data upload processes and reduce manual intervention. Maintain robust data governance frameworks to ensure zero chance of data breach. Strive for same‑day turnaround of processed data to members. 5. Membership Growth, New Business & Account Management Develop and implement strategies to grow BICB membership, including proactive identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, as well as re‑engaging and pursuing past members. Set and achieve monthly targets for new member acquisition and report on progress to the Board. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention through regular account management activities. Conduct regular check‑ins and service reviews with members to ensure they are aware and utilising all BICB offerings, identify opportunities for service improvement, and identify growth opportunities in similar industries.
